1. Scope
This Privacy Policy explains how ADT Studios LLC handles information associated with argseal.com, lab.argseal.com, and related public services that link to this Policy.
This Policy does not govern separate enterprise agreements, private repositories, customer deployments, or third-party services that publish their own privacy notices.
2. Information we may process
Information you provide
We may receive information you send by email, such as your name, email address, organization, message, and any attachments or technical details you choose to provide.
Operational and security information
Our hosting and security providers may process ordinary request information such as IP address, user agent, requested URL, timestamps, response status, approximate location derived from IP, and security signals. This information may be used to deliver the service, prevent abuse, investigate incidents, and maintain availability.
Access-control information
If the Lab uses a temporary judge or evaluation access mechanism, the service may process an access token or derived identifier to verify access and apply rate limits. Secret values are intended to be processed server-side and are not stored in public page content.
3. Public Lab processing
The public Lab is designed around fixed synthetic scenarios. Its default profile uses network-free scripted model behavior and does not require an OpenAI API key.
Execution records may be held temporarily in server memory to return results and enforce bounded operation. The public Lab is designed not to persist prompts, invoice content, authority tokens, grants, protected values, runtime identities, provider responses, or execution results as customer records.
If an operator enables a clearly labeled live model profile, synthetic scenario data may be transmitted to the configured AI provider. Live execution is not the default public path. Provider processing is governed by the provider's applicable terms and privacy practices.
4. Cookies, advertising, and analytics
The supplied ArgSeal landing site does not set advertising cookies, behavioral tracking cookies, or third-party analytics cookies. A hosting or security provider may use essential technical mechanisms or process request metadata to operate and protect the service.
If analytics, marketing tags, consent tools, or additional cookies are added later, this Policy should be updated before deployment and any legally required consent mechanism should be implemented.
5. How information is used
We may use information to:
- Provide, operate, secure, and troubleshoot the website and Lab.
- Respond to support, legal, security, and business inquiries.
- Control access, enforce rate limits, and prevent abuse.
- Investigate defects, security events, and suspected violations.
- Improve documentation, user experience, and product planning.
- Comply with law and protect rights, safety, and property.
6. How information may be shared
We may share information with service providers that help host, secure, deliver, or maintain the service, subject to appropriate contractual or technical controls. We may also disclose information:
- When required by law, legal process, or a valid government request.
- To protect rights, safety, infrastructure, users, or third parties.
- In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets, subject to applicable law.
- With your direction or consent.
We do not sell personal information for money and do not use the public site for cross-context behavioral advertising.
7. Retention
We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including security, legal, accounting, support, and dispute-resolution needs.
Operational logs may be retained by hosting and security providers under their configured retention periods. Email correspondence may be retained while relevant to the inquiry and for reasonable business or legal records.
8. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee that unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or disclosure will never occur.
For security reporting instructions, see the ArgSeal Security page.
9. Your choices and privacy rights
You may choose not to provide optional information. You may also request access, correction, deletion, or other action regarding personal information we control by contacting us. Depending on your location, additional legal rights and verification requirements may apply.
We may retain information when required or permitted by law, when necessary for security, or when needed to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
10. Children
The services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.
11. International processing
Information may be processed in the United States and other locations where our service providers operate. These locations may have privacy laws different from those in your jurisdiction.
12. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy as the services, providers, or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top identifies the current version. Material changes may be announced on the website or through another reasonable method.
