1. Agreement to these Terms
These Terms of Use are a legal agreement between you and ADT Studios LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, concerning your access to argseal.com, lab.argseal.com, and related public materials that link to these Terms. By accessing or using these services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use them.
2. Service and demonstration status
ArgSeal is security software under active development. The public Lab is a synthetic, no-network demonstration of selected runtime authority concepts. It is not a production email system, general-purpose agent platform, managed security service, or substitute for your own security review.
The Lab may use scripted model behavior by default so its results remain deterministic and reproducible. Any live model profile will be clearly identified, separately controlled, and subject to provider availability and model variability.
You must not rely on the website, Lab, documentation, benchmark data, or examples to protect production systems without a separate written agreement and an independent assessment of your implementation.
3. Acceptable use
You may use the website and Lab to evaluate ArgSeal, learn about the documented security model, and perform reasonable good-faith testing within the fixed synthetic scenarios provided.
You may not:
- Use the services to violate law, infringe rights, or facilitate harmful activity.
- Attempt to access accounts, systems, data, secrets, or networks that you do not own or have explicit permission to test.
- Submit real personal, medical, financial, confidential, regulated, or customer data.
- Bypass access controls, rate limits, usage restrictions, or security measures.
- Interfere with service availability, scan unrelated infrastructure, or send automated traffic beyond normal evaluation use.
- Represent the public Lab as a production security certification, independent audit, or guarantee.
- Copy, adapt, reverse engineer, or use proprietary ArgSeal materials except as permitted by law or a separate written license.
4. Access controls and judge access
Some deployments may require a temporary access token or other limited control. You are responsible for keeping any access credential provided to you confidential and for activity performed with it. You must notify us promptly if you believe a credential has been exposed.
We may rate limit, suspend, or block access to preserve security, availability, legal compliance, or fair use.
5. Intellectual property
ArgSeal software, source code, documentation, visual design, trademarks, logos, test artifacts, and other original materials are owned by ADT Studios LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
ArgSeal™ is a trademark of ADT Studios LLC. You may not use the ArgSeal name, logo, seal, or confusingly similar branding to imply endorsement, affiliation, certification, or compatibility without written permission.
No rights are granted except the limited right to access the public website and Lab under these Terms. Any commercial, source-code, evaluation, or integration license must be provided separately in writing.
6. Feedback
If you voluntarily submit feedback, suggestions, or ideas, you grant ADT Studios LLC a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free right to use and incorporate that feedback without restriction or compensation. This does not transfer ownership of your pre-existing intellectual property.
7. Third-party services
The services may depend on hosting, content delivery, security, browser, or AI provider services operated by third parties. Their terms and privacy practices may apply to their processing. We are not responsible for third-party services, outages, changes, or content.
Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience and do not imply endorsement.
8. Disclaimers
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE WEBSITE, LAB, DOCUMENTATION, EXAMPLES, AND EVALUATION MATERIALS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY.
ADT STUDIOS LLC DISCLAIMS WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, AVAILABILITY, SECURITY, AND THAT THE SERVICES WILL DETECT OR PREVENT EVERY ATTACK, DEFECT, OR UNAUTHORIZED EFFECT.
Security depends on correct integration, policy configuration, supported execution paths, dependency behavior, deployment controls, and the surrounding system. No demonstration or test result proves universal security.
9. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ADT STUDIOS LLC AND ITS MEMBERS, MANAGERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AND AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF DATA, REVENUE, PROFITS, BUSINESS, GOODWILL, OR SECURITY, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICES.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE TOTAL LIABILITY OF ADT STUDIOS LLC FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE PUBLIC WEBSITE OR LAB WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED UNITED STATES DOLLARS (US $100).
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limits, so some provisions may not apply to you.
10. Indemnity
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ADT Studios LLC and its members, managers, employees, contractors, and affiliates from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, judgments, costs, and expenses arising from your misuse of the services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of another party's rights.
11. Suspension and termination
We may modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any part of the services at any time. We may terminate or block your access if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, created risk, or used the services in a manner that could harm the project, infrastructure, users, or third parties.
Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including intellectual property, disclaimers, liability limits, indemnity, governing law, and general provisions.
12. Governing law and venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute not subject to a separate written dispute-resolution agreement must be brought in the state or federal courts located in or serving Laramie County, Wyoming, and each party consents to personal jurisdiction and venue there.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as the services evolve. The effective date at the top indicates the latest revision. Material changes may be announced on the website or through another reasonable method. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
